Terms of Service

The service is provided by Edjobster Private Limited (CIN U72900DL2022PTC396155), registered at 5170 2nd Floor, Phatak Hakim Mehmood Khan, Ballimaran, Chandni Chawk, Delhi 110006, India (“Edjobster”, “we”). By creating a workspace or using the service you accept these terms on behalf of the company you represent, and you confirm you have the authority to do so. Edjobster is a business-to-business service — it is not offered to consumers.

Edjobster provides AI-assisted candidate screening and related tooling that integrates with your existing recruiting systems. AI outputs are advisory recommendations, not decisions. You retain full responsibility for all hiring decisions and for your compliance with employment and anti-discrimination law in your jurisdictions.

• Keep workspace credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your accounts.
• Connect only data sources you are authorised to connect, and only data you may lawfully process.
• Don't use the service to process candidate data of people under 18.
• Don't probe, overload, reverse engineer, or resell the service, and don't attempt to extract other customers' data.

Your data stays yours. For candidate data, you are the data controller and Edjobster is your processor, acting on your instructions as described in the Privacy Policy. You warrant that you have the right to process the candidate data you connect, including any notices or lawful basis your jurisdiction requires. We support your compliance with candidate-facing disclosure and data-subject rights as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is prepaid via subscription plans and credit top-ups as described on the Pricing page. Plan credits lapse at the end of each 30-day cycle; top-up credits lapse 12 months after purchase. Prices exclude applicable taxes (GST for Indian billing; GSTIN 07AAGCE9740E1ZL). Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds and cancellation are governed by the Refund Policy.

Trials run for 14 days with a fixed credit allowance and require no payment details. When a trial ends, AI-consuming actions pause until a plan is purchased; your data remains intact. We may modify or end the trial program for new signups at any time.

We own the service, its software, and its branding. You own your data and your AI screening results. If you send us feedback or feature requests, we may use them to improve the product without obligation to you.

You can cancel your subscription at any time (see the Refund Policy) and request full workspace deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate a workspace for material breach of these terms — including unlawful data processing or abuse of the service — after notice where practicable.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular hiring decision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
