01Overview
This policy applies to purchases made through our payment partner, Razorpay. Refunds, where approved, are always issued in full to the original payment method— we don’t do partial refunds. Plan details and credit mechanics live on the Pricing page.
02Free trial
The 14-day trial is free and requires no payment details, so there is nothing to refund. When it ends, AI screening pauses until you subscribe; your account and data remain intact and accessible.
03Subscription refunds
A subscription payment is refundable only when all of the following are true:
- it is your first payment on that subscription — renewals are not refundable;
- you ask within 7 days of purchase on a monthly plan, or 30 days on an annual plan; and
- none of the credits from the current cycle have been used.
If you’ve started using the service in a billing cycle, that cycle’s payment is not refundable — cancel instead (see Cancellation) and you keep access for the rest of the period you’ve paid for.
04Credit top-up refunds
A top-up pack is refundable when:
- you ask within 7 days of purchase, and
- none of the pack’s credits have been used.
05Cancellation
A workspace admin can cancel the subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: there are no further charges, and your remaining plan credits stay usable until the period ends. There is no pro-rata refund for the unused part of a period.
06Credit expiry (not refundable)
Plan credits are issued for a 30-day cycle and lapse at the end of it; top-up credits lapse 12 months after purchase. Lapsed credits are not refundable or convertible — this is part of how the plans are priced.
07How to request a refund
A workspace admin submits the request from Billing → Refunds inside the app, or writes to [email protected]. We review every request against this policy and confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method; the time for the money to reach your account depends on your bank and payment method.
08After a refund
Credits from a refunded purchase are removed from your account. If credits from a purchase were used after a refund was initiated, we may suspend the related credits pending review.
09Exceptions
We may, at our discretion, refund outside these windows in exceptional circumstances — for example a duplicate payment or a verified billing error. Contact us; we’d rather fix it than argue about it.
10Changes
We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes are notified to workspace admins by email.
